These terms apply to Vitality Nutrition LLC’s website and customer messaging services, including automated or AI-assisted replies. These services help with menu questions, store information, pickup, delivery, and customer support.
Automated replies and staff assistance
Automated replies can contain errors or outdated information. Please confirm important details with our staff. A chat message does not confirm an order, payment, delivery time, reservation, refund, or change to an existing order. Orders are confirmed through the ordering service or directly by staff.
Orders, prices, and availability
Current options, prices, taxes, fees, availability, and fulfillment times are shown during checkout. Please review them before placing an order. Contact us promptly about cancellations, incorrect items, or other order problems so staff can review your request. Using messaging does not enroll you in promotional messages.
Ingredients and wellness questions
